撰写页面发文问题

    你好，我有两个问题：
    1.请问我在撰写页面里写好文章后，在右下角有“送出”标记，可是现在没有了，怎么回事？
    2.在写发文的时候，比如在复制过来的推广链接位置上怎样写成带有醒目颜色的“请点击这里”，当点击“请点击这里”的时候，页面就会自动转到链接页面？

    In my Edit Post screen, there used to be a icon at the lower right corner. It is missing now. What happened ?
