    About form responses Form response download as csv file? Chinese characters will change to ??? (that is, a question mark), is this normal?

    I think this depends on the software you use to open the CSV file. For example, I downloaded a CSV for the form response on your site, and if I open it in Numbers on a Macbook the Chinese characters all display for me. Unfortunately I don’t have access to Microsoft Excel to check there.

    What app/program are you using to open it? If that program doesn’t have support for Chinese characters, what you describe could happen.
