It shows that the website cannot be connected, the FTP cannot be connected, and the wp admin cannot be opened.
Can you send a link to the site? We’ll check it out and point you in the right direction for support. Also, if you haven’t already, you’ll want to contact your host. The FTP issue sounds like it’s a server problem, or possibly a block.

You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue.
