  And the mobile device by using China IP Address on visit the website shows the notification above, but the PCs works usual. The mobile devices by using the IP addresses out of China in case to visit the website, no problems?

  使用中国地区的IP地址，用手机/平板 不论是在微信内，还是在手机浏览器内，都提示上面的报错。但是，同地区IP地址，用电脑访问没有问题。如果用非中国IP地址，用手机/平板 不论是在微信内，还是在手机浏览器内，都没有问题？
