  My former company said that it would be a little urgent to go through legal procedures.

  It looks like the business plan has been refunded and cancelled on the site, along with the domain connections.

  To restore the site, the business plan would need to be repurchased via Upgrades > Plans.

  Once purchased, the site can be restored via Jetpack > Backups.

  Thank you for the replying!
  I cancelled the business plan for 2023, but I bought the last business plan on 2021/12/8, therefore I should have the right to use the business plan until 2022/12/8 even I cancelled the the plan for 2023.

  Is there anything you can do for it?

  Because the purchase was refunded, there would need to be an additional purchase made.

  We could not re-instate the plan free of charge in this instance.
