  Apologies but our payments team clarified that they are not seeing any issues on their end. Can you tell us a bit more about the steps you are taking to try and renew your upgrade? You are seeing an error message of some kind? You are trying to upgrade to the Pro plan again and reconnect your hansiap.com domain?
