    訂閱三年進階方案已取消訂閱；以超過14天退款期限；想了解是否能拿到部分退款？以及目前能使用的功能方案是免費的還是付費的？到何時？網域還能用嗎？感謝

    I have cancelled my three-year premium subscription; the 14-day refund period has expired. I would like to know if I can receive a partial refund? Also, are the currently available features free or paid? When will they expire? Is my domain still usable? Thank you.
