    在12/30升級了進階方案$2880，但在1/1不想用了申請取消方案及網域，但不知為何只退回$488元，想了解詳細的計算方式

    Upgraded Advanced Program $ 2880 in 12/30, but did not want to apply for cancellation of program and domain in 1/1, but I do not know why only $ 488 was returned. Want to know the detailed calculation method

    @zacrat.com I can refund everything but the cost of the domain (NT$832). It was not cancelled within 48 hours. You cancelled it anyway; would you like me to restore it to your account so you can use it elsewhere?
