    To Staff, the user wishes to know if extra payment is required to upgrade from an upgraded plan (Personal/Premium) to Business Plan within the same year before the existing plan expired. Does user need to cancel the existing plan, upgrade to a new plan and pay for a yearly premium?

    Hi there,

    You can upgrade from one plan to another at any time, and will receive an automatic discount for the more expensive plan, based on how much time you’ve already used on the first plan you bought.
