We’re not able to help with blocked purchases in the public forums.

Generally, one time is best. When you added a lot of replies here, it kept moving your issue to the back of the queue. Please bear in mind you’ll typically hear back within about a business day, then you’ll get a notification by email when you have an answer.
That said, I can’t see that a billing ticket was entered. Please go to your dashboard and find the message that says “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
You’ll have a link to contact support. Be sure to use that link rather than starting a normal tech support request. That way it will reach the right eyes, with the right info. Thank you!
