你好,我在3/24購買網址,4/08申請取消訂單,請問為什麼不能退款,購買後14天,如果認真算應該只差幾小時,難道就因為這樣不能取消? 可否幫忙取消,我十分需要你協助處理件事,謝謝。

Hi there,
I can confirm you have cancelled the upgrade but for some reason a refund was not issued. With this in mind I have manually issued a refund for NT$9,588.00. You can see a receipt confirming this refund here: https://wordpress.com/me/billing
You can expect to see the funds in your account, but it can take a billing cycle or two depending on your institution. I can confirm the refund was processed on our end, but you may also wish to contact your credit card company to confirm.
