  Hi there,

  I checked our system and saw that we processed the refund back on 10/26. The funds have been released back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would definitely contact your bank if you still have not received the refund.

  Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
