Hi there!
Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve used Google Translate on your message so that we can help you here :)
I can see you’ve mentioned that your Business plan for tkcy96608432.wpcomstaging.com expired, and that existing customers can’t log in after you renewed your plan.
Taking a look now, I’m not able to see a Business plan associated with tkcy96608432.wpcomstaging.com – however there is a newly purchased plan for bibo1243.wpcomstaging.com.
Is this correct, or did you mean to purchase the plan for tkcy96608432.wpcomstaging.com instead?
Let us know, and if you have any other questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Hi,
bibo1243.wpcomstaging.com this site is correct.
customers can’t log in.
If they create a new account with the same mail address, they can log in with new account. But their previous account can’t be use. I tried reset their password but it always show me account doesn’t exist or wrong password.
-
Is it possible to log in with original account instead of create new account for customers?

Hey there,
If they create a new account with the same mail address, they can log in with new account.
What is the username of the account that’s facing issues?
We can take a closer look and try and see what they’re seeing perhaps?
Many thanks.

Hi,
I can see yb01 in user list.
But yb01 can’t log in this site.
The system keep saying wrong password even if I change his password.
Many accounts get the same problem as this account.

It sounds like these accounts are getting caught in the WordPress.com “secure sign-on” function, which you can read about here:
Configure Your Site’s Log In Access
This function forces login to go via a WordPress.com account. So if the user account is created by you (and is not linked to a WordPress.com account), then this may be why the problem remains even after you change the password.
You can switch the Secure Sign-On setting off, if you prefer not to use it! You can find it in Settings > Security (as mentioned in the guide). Please note: switching this setting off means that you may have to reset your own password for your site; it is separate from your WordPress.com password!

I finally found it in Jetpack dashboard.
The problem had been solved.
