결제 환불 받고 싶어요

    1년전에 나의 명의가 아닌 계정으로 홈페이지를 만들었었는데 그때 프리미엄 1년 결제를 했었습니다. URL도 기억이 나지 않고 계정 이메일, 비밀번호 모두 기억이 나지 않습니다.
    근데 그 계정에 제 카드 정보가 입력되어 있어서 이틀전 자동으로 1년 결제가 또 되었습니다. 결제 환불 받고 싶습니다.
    저는 지금 결제 된 계정 ID도 알지 못하고 비밀번호, URL 모든걸 알지 못합니다.
    저의 명의가 아니라서 찾을수도 없습니다.
    어떻게 환불 받아야하나요? 나의 카드 정보가 입력되어 있는 계정을 찾을 수 있나요?

    hi,

    One year ago, I made a homepage with an account that was not my name, and then I made a one-year premium payment. I do not remember the URL, and I do not remember all my account emails and passwords.
    However, my card information was entered in the account, so I automatically made a one-year payment two days ago. I’d like a refund for my payment.
    I do not even know my account ID, and I do not know all my passwords and URLs.
    I can not find it because it is not my name.
    How do I get a refund? Can I find the account that contains my card information?

    직원과 연락할수있는 방법을 찾고 싶습니다.
    생각이 났는데 예전에 광고 대행사에 맡겼던 홈페이지 인것 같은데
    광고대행사 명의로 만든 계정이었던것 같습니다.
    현재 광고대행사가 사업장이 없어져서 연락이 되지 않습니다
    거기에 제 카드 정보가 들어가 있는것 같습니다
    제발 환불을 부탁드립니다
