    It’s possible to make a site on WordPress.com for free, but in order to run Adsense the site would need to be on the business plan, whereby you can install plugins.

    For Google Adsense, you would need a plugin like Google Site Kit to connect the site to Google Adsense.

    With regards to refunds, there’s a 14 day refund window for our yearly plans and a 7 day refund window for the monthly plan: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
