구독 환불처리한 것 진행상황 어떻게 확인하나요?

  연간갱신 안내를 받지 못해 구독된 날 바로 취소하고 환불을 요청했는데…
  아직 카드 취소가 되지 않았어요. 진행 상황이나 환불여부를 확인하고 싶은데
  어떻게 알 수 있나요?

  Hi @jangmitattoo,

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

  I see that you have canceled your plan and a full refund has been issued. You should see that refund on your statement within 7-10 business days.
