  우선 블로그나 사이트를 만들고 1년정도 사용후,
  도메인 이전을 해도 되나요?

  Yes that’s totally possible.

  To transfer a domain, this can be done as per: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

  You can also keep the domain with the registrar and then connect it as per: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
