도메인 매핑 하는데

    기존에 소유하고 있는 도메인을 매핑하려고 합니다.
    13USD 결제로 가능한 것으로 알고 있고 이전에 그렇게 했던 경험이 있습니다.
    하지만 프리미엄구독이 함께 되어서 $99 결제하라고 되네요.
    정책이 바뀐 건가요?
    이전처럼 도메인만 매핑할 수 없나요?

    You want to map a domain that you already own.
    I know it is possible with a 13USD payment and I have experience that I have done before.
    But with a premium subscription, you’re asked to pay $ 99.
    Is the policy changed?
    Can not you just map domains as before?

    Stand alone upgrades for $13. were discontinued last year. Now you have to purchase a Personal plan.

    You can use the Personal Plan, yes, but you need to add the plan first. If you add the domain first, Premium is selected automatically.

    Go to My Site ->Plans and buy the Personal Plan, and then you can go back and claim your free domain at My Site ->Domains ->Add.

    How domain mapping works
    Registering an underlying .wordpress.com URL first is required for domain mapping. What domain mapping does is providing a seamless redirect to the very same content under the new domain URL when a person clicks the old URL .wordpress.com to the original content. The WordPress.COM upgrade for mapping a domain must be renewed annually.
