I didn’t get a full refund of my plan.
I paid 48$, but only 22$ back on my bank account. Where’s my 26$? -

I asked that because it is important to understand that domains are not released by the registrar immediately. And, there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

I asked them a refund, knowing that there’s no guarantee on a domain.
I just want to know when I can get a full refund of it. -

Both your plan and domain were refunded on 17 October. You can view receipts for the two refunds in your billing history, here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
If you haven’t received the second refund yet, please follow up directly with your bank, as it’s likely a processing error or delay on their end. Once we process a refund an issue the receipt the funds are out of our control and it depends entirely on your bank how long the funds take to reflect in your account.
