1월 22일에 프리미엄 서비스를 구입했다가 당일 환불 요청을 하고 , 온라인 영수증으로 환불 처리 된 것으로 나타남에도 불구하고 , 금월 카드 청구서에 프리미엄 비용이 포함되어 있습니다. 환불처리가 많이 지연된 것 같아 , 환불 부탁드립니다.
