  I can help in English.

  First, please verify that your Tumblr account is connected to your WordPress.com account.

  There is a delay, and our tool is overwhelmed, so it will take a few days for the import to start because it is waiting in line. Once it is started it will complete with in 24 hours. At that point, if it has not been successful please let us know.
