  안녕하세요. 도메인과 업그레이드 모두 24시간 내 취소 신청을 하였는데 왜 환불금액이 전액이 아닌가요?

  I’ve checked your account and issued a refund of the remaining $18. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

  In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
