  오늘 환불 신청을 했다. 환불이 완료 되었다는 메일을 받았다. 하지만 실제로는 네 계좌에 입금되지 않았다. 빠른 환불을 원함.

  I can help in English.

  Refunds take about 10 days to reach you once we process them. Contacting your financial party is the only way to find out when they plan on releasing those funds in to your account. We processed the refund on October 1st.
