    Please don’t post sensitive information like receipt and transaction IDs here in the public support forums. I’ve removed that information from your post above.

    We processed your refund on 3 June 2022. You can see the receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    Please follow up with your bank and provide them with that transaction ID so they can check for the refund on their system. It looks like the refund was processed as a reversal on their end, which means they most likely just voided the original charge, and you won’t see a separate entry for a refund on your statement.
