I don’t see any purchases under your WordPress.com account. Do you mean that you registered a domain elsewhere? If so, bear in mind that any of our paid plans include a domain connection upgrade, which means you can use that domain with your WordPress.com site without any additional payments:

Our plans include a free custom domain during the first year, although you’d be paying separately for renewals starting from the second year.
