  My site has stopped allowing me to add tags. No new Tags can be entered, and old tags do not pop up either.

  There is no need to cretae a duplicate thread. If you would have taken timle to take a look in our forums, you would have seen this is a known issue. Just follow up at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/cant-attach-tags-to-a-post/
