  Hello,

  i think it would be awesome if you add FacebookLike and +1 Button under every post. in the same area where you can find the share buttons.

  If there is a need to use an plugin maybe this one?

  If you go to Settings ->Sharing, where you add the share buttons, and you select the button style as Official buttons you will have a Facebook Like button instead of a share button. Same for G+. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/#customize-your-services

  And no plugins are available on WordPress.com. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different.
