1 category as front page?

  Is it possible to have only one category of my posts show up as the front page of my blog?

  You would need to set that category page as a “static” front page.

  Thanks. That page shows how to set a static page as a front page, but it doesn’t show how to make a category into a static page. Categories and static pages seem to be two different things. Can you explain?

  Use the link to the category page you want as your front page, such as: http://shalynste.wordpress.com/category/diary/
