1) Double WordPress accounts? and 2) Theme questions

  Hi all,

  I am building a web site on WordPress using Cashie and really need help with two items:

  1) I have had some issues with gaining access to WordPress over and over. It seems that I may have two different Sway Global accounts. One “swayglobal” and one “SwayGlobalAdmin.” Not sure how I managed That… *Note: I have something that I am being billed for annually (?) on the swayglobal and the SwayGlobalAdmin own the pages in the site I’m working on where I paid for an updated theme – Cazuela.
  2) And these items may be connected: I cannot locate on my hard drive the Cazuela theme I am using, but when I check in themes it says it is installed…I wanted to do some customizing.

  All right, if we could start with that I think it would go a long way to stopping me from going around in circles.

  If I’m being a complete ditz I really do apologize.

  First, I want to clarify that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. You can read more about the differences here: WordPress.com and WordPress.org

  If you’re building the website using WordPress.org, that site isn’t linked to your account here at WordPress.com. You can get additional help with your WordPress.org site at these links:

  • http://wordpress.org/support/
  • http://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

  Your WordPress.com account has the username swayglobal, and you have an active Custom Design upgrade. This upgrade is linked to your Animal Angels site (hosted here at WordPress.com) at this link: http://animalplusangel.wordpress.com/

  Thank you for your response.

  I found the information on .com and .org very helpful. I can see where I was confused as I originally started out (way long time ago) with a blog, so .org, and am now designing a web page and decided to have WordPress cover the whole shebang so .com.

  Also, I see that the animalplusangels link goes to what I want my first page to look like (that’s where that went!) – but when I go to the actual web site – http://www.animal-angels.com I get an error. In the Cashie/WP area (login below) I show it is attached to the animal-angels.com?

  WP.com account:
  I see here that I am logged in as swayglobal.

  However, I am not logged in as swayglobal when I use Cashie. Here is my “guest” login and it does have Admin rights…

  Would you please take a look and see what I am talking about and how to correct the situation? If my Theme is saved and serviced on swayglobal and my Web site is attached to SwayGlobalAdmin… And if my web site is opening up under a blog address instead of my web site address…
