1. how to re-enable 'header image' option? 2. how to change the image?

  While trying to change the header image, the ‘remove image’ button did not remove the image. Reading the Help answers, one talked about ‘permanently deleting’ the image, which I did.
  Now there is no option for either deleting or uploading a header image on the Wu Wei theme I have been using or any of the other themes I preview.
  Is there a way to retrieve the header image option?
  All I wanted to do was change the image and seem to have made it much more complicated.
