(1) lost password and invalid key, (2) two profiles

    Hi,

    I have a professional blog at my company (I am contributor of the page) under the username megoldo (registered e-mail: (email visible only to moderators and staff)). The profile has been created by my company’s admin. I lost my password (or some other problem occurs) and while asking for new pw, I got a link but the key seems to be invalid.

    The smallest problem is that I have a working profile for my other business (this is the babbboc.wordpress.com) and IF possible, I would like to manage the two profiles under this one (username: huvosagnes, e-mail: (email visible only to moderators and staff)).

    (1) How is it possible to reset my pw for megoldasmost blog AND
    (2) Is it possible to merge the two profiles?

    1) what is the exact URL of each of the sites you are talking about, starting with http?

    2) NEVER post your username and email or password in an internet forum. Fortunately the software removed it for you.

    3) It will depend on if they’re both hosted here at WordPress.com. If yes, then yes. If not, then no.

    Raincoaster, thank you for the fast answer. The problem is already resolved.

    (Btw, it was not obvious for me that the topic is being posted as a forum topic (I got here from a contact form-like thing). I’m not intended to post my email or other contact infos in a forum.)

    huvosagnes: How did you solve your issue? I just upgraded to WordPress 4.0 and I get Invalid Key with the lost password feature.
    I have tried modifying many things…No luck….

    This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins and support forums http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
