1. We lost our Domain. 2. Need to migrate our Domain to another site

It seems that we lost our domain, houseofcherrybomb.com, though we were on a monthly payment with WordPress who was hosting our site. We would like to retain our domain, yet move it to another site ( Google sites) . Can Anyone advise us in this action we need to take …? Looks like our domain is locked up and not available.
