1- Why is content/comments/likes in "speech bubble" no longer displaying?

1- content/comments/likes in “speech bubble” no longer displaying. (have not worked for over 6 days +. This means I can no longer view likes or comments, nor can I approve comments on my blog.
2- pages not loading properly, when i try to connect to my blog via for example, a link to my blog, sent by WordPress a notification. Link no longer works or loads page. Instead i get a notification of “secure connection failure” Some other pages also not working or “loading”, including from links within WordPress! (and including some of the help topics!)
Again, I often get a notification of “secure connection failure”.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I was able to see all your likes and comments as seen here:
Please make sure that you are looking at the individual post link as it won’t be viewable on the Posts page. For example, here is an individual post:

As for the issue with your pages – I was able to view all your pages without any connection failures. It seems like it may be an issue with your ISP. Try testing this out by going to your site from another place like a library or cafe. Let me know if you still get that failure.

Hi Grace, many thanks for your reply. Slight misunderstanding however. There is no problem seeing the old Likes and old, (previously-approved) comments at the foot of each post. The problem I was referring to was the icon at the top right of the header bar of each WP page. You know the little icon that looks like a speech bubble? (Top right of screen, not at foot of the post) When I click on this icon, it should display new likes, new comments etc.. for me to view, (and also for me to approve comments, delete spam etc) But this is not displaying when I click on it. A “menu” drops down but it is empty and blank, and so any new (or old) content is not visible. Obviously some technical glitch, but what is causing it I wonder? Any ideas or help gratefully received.
Also, do you know how can i get in touch directly with WP tech support? -

Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
If that doesn’t work, please make sure you are using the latest browser version:
If that doesn’t fix things, can you try testing it out on another browser like Chrome or Safari and let me know?
I believe it may be a browser issue because i just tested this out on my account, and I’m able to see it.

Secondly, well done, and thank you, your advice and guidance was clear and spot-on, very clear instructions, also much appreciated. As you suggested, clearing the cache did work, and now everything seems to work again fine. I am delighted. Thank you!
