1 year or 11 months?

  Dear,

  today 6th November 2014 we bought a 1 year mapping and domain registration (your invoice #7427523). But looks that it expires on the 7th October 2015, which is 11 months from today. Can you please clarify?

  Hello there!

  Upgrades set to auto-renew are charged one month in advance of the expiration date. This way, if there is anything wrong with the transaction (ie. an expired credit card), the issue can be solved before our users lose functionality on their site.

  The expiration date of the product stays the same, however. Your domain doesn’t expire until November 6, 2015.
