  I’m not sure of when my website started. But you say that I have to renew it. Can you help?

  We usually renew at 11 months, so there’s time to sort out any cancelations / payment issues / etc. prior to expiration.

  And, we can help you sort this out, but right now you’re not logged into the account that has upgrades. I can’t see which site you’re referring to. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.

  If you don’t know what address that is, let us know what the site is and we’ll do our best to help.
