I received a notice my 1-GB Audio upgrade is expiring. However when I try try to upgrade, I don’t see that option in the cart or anywhere on my site settings. Has the size limit increased?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Are you referring to this site? http://redrivergirl.com/ or this one? https://choperlog.wordpress.com/Please provide the relevant URL.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and renew any upgrades at Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/That link is http://redrivergirl.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades and the blog’s actual owner can access it and use it.

Thank you for advice, I’ll check logins. Managing multiple sites and guessing I have wrong login.
The site in need of audio upgrade is http://redrivergirl.com/
but I think the overall administrator I’ve setup under choperlog site.

If you cannot determine exactly which username account registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for it you will have to complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access. Note that there is frequently an account recovery backlog so patience while waiting for a Staff response is required.

Hi @choperlog, another easy way to determine which account owns the upgrade is to look at which one gets emails about upgrades. That’ll be the right account. You can log in with that and renew. Cheers!
