I really hope someone can help me with this?
I’ve been using custom CSS for 3 years now on my Blog, I was charged the following over the last 3 years …
2010 $14.97
2011 $14.97
2012 $15.00And now I’ve just checked my billing and its asking for $30.00
Thats a 100% price increase is this a mistake?

I tagged this thread for an explanation from Staff re: grandfathering – custom design upgrade. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

I think they added the fonts to the CSS upgrade when the price changed – the fonts were separate in some way (sorry I never used the fonts either so my memory is a bit vague on the fonts option) – so there is now more in the CSS upgrade than in previous years

Custom CSS is now part of the Custom Design upgrade which includes Custom Fonts and Custom Colors.

Thanks for the quick reply all, it would have been nice to have the option for existing CSS users to continue with just CSS as I have no plans to use the custom colours or fonts.

Since Custom CSS became the Custom Design upgrade, we gave all the existing Custom CSS users a 50% discount for the first year. The years after are charged just like the initial Custom Design upgrade price.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
