I don’t know what to do about this. The message says to “click here” in several places below, but there is nothing “clickable” in the actual email.

I’ve got a hunch that those e-mails are spam. I don’t know of any product called “WordPress Firewall” (WP uses Akismet for spam protection). Delete them, don’t click any links in them.
