100GB Space upgrade Cancellation

Hi.
I renewed our “100GB Space upgrade” in December but I’ll need to cancel it. When I open “My Upgrades” I can see it but only with “Auto Renew” option. It says I can cancel within 30 days, and as far as I know it’s still on time.

It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
