10gb Renewal Question

My automatic renewal period was missed for my 10gb upgrade under my free plan. I was out of town and couldn’t change my billing settings from my mobile device. I want to try and get that back again, but I can’t find it. Is there any way to get 10gb upgrade without upgrading to Premium?

The first space upgrade you originally bought should have brought you up to 13GB total (3GB free + 10GB space upgrade) and needed to be renewed annually.
Individual upgrades are no longer available, but I’ve tagged this for a Staff response.

I found the email.
Another question though, how do we renew it?
It isn’t available in upgrades, and I don’t see a place in my purchases to renew it. -

I guess we did not figure it out. Will it automatically charge us now that we have updated payment methods? Or do we click something?
I thought we had it but the receipt I have is an old one. -
You are posting threads from two different accounts. You need to log into the other account to renew.
It will not automatically renew. you need to do it manually.

The other one, but he is basically paying to extend my site being that I am the creator. This afternoon he thought he found a link in his personal site, but before doing it we wanted to be sure that the extra space would indeed go to our collective blog and not his personal blog.

Hello, this is Colonelfancy. I’m the other admin who attempted to try the renewal and also posted the question regarding the 10gb upgrade. I saw that the email which appeared addressed my personal blog, fancyfiles.wordpress.com. The upgrade for the site in question, somewhereinthemidstofnowhere.com, is listed as “upcoming payments. Also, I saw that attempts to charge my card on record were present, and they asked me to update my information, which I did. While I did not see a button or link that took me directly to a page to issue the renewal, I think it may try again.

My apologies. I mistakenly set things up on the wrong blog to start with. I fixed it, but apparently still pasted in the wrong info in that email.

I think something has gotten messed up with autorenew. So I have turned it off, you should be able to see the upgrade option here:
