10GB upgrade expiration

  I was offered a 10GB upgrade for $20, but it appears it has expired a couple of weeks ago. I didn’t realize the upgrade itself would expire. I thought I would be able to purchase it whenever I was ready, but now I don’t see it. Is my only option to upgrade to premium for $99 per year? Unfortunately I cannot afford that and will have to consider leaving WordPress as a result. Please let me know if I have any options. Thank you!
