[123-form-builder is] and No images

  Hello, I am in need of help. I am trying to create a post. With every click a [123-form-builder is] shows up. I also can’t upload any images. It says ‘This block has encoutered an error and can’t be previewed’ I have been dealing with this for over 2 weeks. I need help!!!!!
