123 reg change name servers.

    Good morning,
    I have a domain registered with 123 reg ‘onemanandonecouch.com’ and am trying to transfer to WordPress. I have been following the FAQs for this. You have advised I change the name servers, I have done so, and 123 is not able to recognise ns1.wordpress.com for example. Can you please provide the IP address so I can try that route?

    Hi there – I looked into the domain onemanandonecouch.com and it’s public information here: http://whois.domaintools.com/onemanandonecouch.com

    It looks like the name servers are set to the following as of today:

    ns2.domainhasexpired.com
    ns1.domainhasexpired.com

    I recommend getting with 123-reg right away to renew your domain before attempting to do anything else. Renewing the domain ensures you do not lose it. If you lose it you could encounter additional fees and challenges with ownership and transferring.
