$13 Charge

  Hello On January 7th I purchased ‘Personal Bundle’ and then cancelled my subscription minutes later.

  I still have not received the full refund.

  The charge was for $35.88, but the refund was only $22.88, as such my CC account has a charge of $13 remaining as of today.

  I am not currently receiving any paid services from WordPress, except perhaps by accident, and I don’t desire to.

  Hi there,

  I can confirm everything has been cancelled. I’ve just issued a refund for the remaining $13 for you. Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement.
