$13 Charge

    Hello,

    On January 11th I purchased ‘Personal Bundle’ and then cancelled my subscription minutes later.

    I still have not received the full refund.

    The charge was for $35.88, but the refund was only $22.88. My Paypal account has a charge of $13 remaining as of today.

    I am currently not receiving any paid services from WordPress.

    Hi,

    From looking at your account I can confirm your Personal plan has been cancelled.

    I’ve just issued a refund for the remaining $13. Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement.
