$13 charged after refund

  Hello, I tried the premium service for about 1/2 a day and decided it was not right for me. I requested a refund and got it, but was then charged $13. Can you help?

  Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for carlthetarantula.com and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
