$13 Domain Mapping

I am trying to renew my domain mapping for the $13 annual fee. I am being directed to the ‘My Upgrade’ location but am not provided an option for the $13 renewal, only a $99 upgrade. Can you tell me how to resolve? thanks

I have exactly the same issue. Please let us know how to update cc information without having to purchase an upgrade.

Hello edkurzenski!
I checked your account and found that the domain mapping upgrade was bought with another account, different from this one you’re using. To renew the upgrade you have to login with that account and go at:

As it was said on the thread above, you have to renew the upgrade with the same username used to buy the upgrade.

Thank You Carinapilar – Unfortunately that does not work either. The only other possible WordPress login that could have been used does not allow for renewal?? Please assist.

Tried with Safari also – same result. Is it possible to purchase domain mapping outright instead of renewal?

@edkurzenski, I found what’s happening, to fix that you need to either add the other user as an admin in your site, or we need to receive a request to transfer from the user email to be able to transfer the domain to your account, then you will be able to renew it.
