$13 domain-mapping charge

  I signed up for a personal plan today and cancelled shortly after. My primary domain address is back being beaglecakesart.wordpress.com, however the refund charge is only $22.88 instead of $35.88. $13.00 was kept for custom domain even though I’m not using the plan anymore. Does anyone know when the remaining refund will be processed?
