$13 from refund missing

Dear everybody at wordpress,
we recently upgraded to premium, but applied for a refund just hours later. But only 86 Euros from 99 Euros were refunded. I’ve read on wordpress forums that the remaining 13 Euros would be refunded later, but it never happend.

Hi there,
You bought and cancelled this upgrade in August already. Why are you only contacting us now? If you contacted us immediately I could have refunded the outstanding amount for you right away, but now I’ll need to ask our billing department to issue a late refund. I will let you know once I hear back from them on that.

For your information: you were contacted right away, but refunded only partly – which is definitely not a mistake on my side, for the record.
Instead of blaming others, maybe you should search for the error in your system?
