  Greetings

  I reached out to you several months ago and canceled my domain connection to your server. I never got a refund, therefore there should be a $13 credit if I decide to add another domain. What information do you need from me so this can be resolved.

  You do have a $13 credit on the account. When you make a purchase here at WordPress.com, it’ll be automatically applied at checkout.
